I think Ivana Trump like most celebrities decide to go for trout pout look. I think she over done it in the beginning, and looking at the photos I think she realized that too.

This is a before and after photo of Hayden Panettiere. While most surgeons will not perform cosmetic surgery on someone this young, I think the surgeon did a good job on Hayden nose. It looks more refined and draws attention to her other facial features.

The boobs look ok if it was on a normal woman, but she is too skinny. She should fatten up before getting these implants.
